Claiming Castleville Rewards

~ Each Item have its own collection limit what i know is that Crystal Shard have 5-10 Collection limit, if you reach collection limit for Crystal Shard it doesn't mean you also have collection limit for other ITEMS.
How to Successfully Claim a Reward.

you will be automatically redirected to the reward page @ facebook you will get either of this messages = Gift Claimed Successfully or a Blank White Page

Step 2 THE IMPORTANT PART
You next step will be refreshing the reward link until you get the message " YOU ALREADY RESPONDED TO THIS REWARD "

It it takes 1-6 times you need to refresh until you get the "already responded to this reward" message but often its just 1 refresh...
STEP 3
once you see the message "you already responded to this reward" you can now check your inventory if its not there refresh a few times and it will be there for sure.
